Yesterday Kevin's dad was released as the bishop of the singles ward. We went to their ward to support him and see him as the bishop of that ward one last time. It was great to see all of our friends that have gotten married or moved on in their lives, there were quite a few people that came to visit. The Canyon Springs Ward holds so many great memories for me and I met amazing people that will be life long friends and of course it means to much to me because it's where Kevin and I met. Kevin's parents are loved by so many people, he was such a great bishop and showed his love for all the ward members. I just feel so incredibly lucky that I was able to marry into their family and have them as in-laws. It was sad to think that we wouldn't have a reason to go back to that ward anymore to visit. The nice thing about all this is that we can finally go to church with the Olsen's (for a few weeks at least) and Sundays will be more free for them.
On a side note we went out to our house today, the closets had wood shelving and we had doors on and trim up. Hopefully painting will be next! We met some our neighbors tonight too and they seemed really nice. It's all coming along great and fast!
